Shipping

We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure that you get the fewest shipments possible, we will do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we will only charge you once for the total value of your order. To make sure your order arrives safely, we recommend that you or someone else is available to sign for delivery.

• Handling and Processing: We will do our best to process and ship orders within fivebusiness days.
• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to the Continental United States
• UPS or USPS to Canada is available upon request with additional shipping charges.
• A business day is Monday through Friday.
• UPS Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays
• USPS Delivery is not available on Sunday, or Holidays.
• Sorry, we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes
• Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control.

Refunds

• Please inform us within 4 days of receipt of goods if you intend to return/exchange, support@theartfulalpaca.com.
• Please include the invoice in your return package, marking the items that you would like a refund for.
• Items must be unused and in the original brand-new condition.
• Refunds will be rejected for damaged goods. These goods will simply be discarded.
• Shipping charges are not covered by the refund policy. Cost such as postage, packaging material, logistics and packing services were incurred in the shipment of the package and all these consitute to the shipping charges.
• If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.
